Home Information Packs (HIPS)

HIPS are here! Any residential property with three bedrooms or more will require one. From 14th December the Government has announced that one and two bedroom properties will also require a HIP. They can be rather difficult to understand. So what we have done is try to explain them so anybody can will know what they are, what they include, why they are being introduced.
