We would like to announce that the Government have today laid down the commencement order to launch HIPs for 2 and 1 bedroom properties from Friday 14th December.

Three Bedroom HIPS

People selling three-bedroom homes in England and Wales must now use Home Information Packs.

HIPS Needed for Three Bedroom Properties

From September 10th 2007 all residential properties with three or more bedrooms will require a home information pack. So if you have a three bedroom house you are thinking of selling contact us before September 10th. Click here to request a no obligation market appraisal.
